Application Requirements- West Quaker Hill Apartments
To apply for a spot on the waitlist at an Evergreen Affordable property please print and complete the Waitlist Application below. Each household member aged 18+ must sign the Waitlist Application. The Waitlist Application is only to secure your place on the waitlist and does not guarantee eligibility or apartment availability. We will contact applicants for the next apartment home as soon as one becomes available. At that time applicants will need to complete the full certification process in order to finalize eligibility.

Annual Tenant Income Certification
All residents of Evergreen Affordable properties are required to complete an annual income certification. Residents will receive notice 120 days prior to the recertification date notifying them of the upcoming deadline. The documents below can be printed and filled out in advance of the recertification appointment.

The Affordable Rental Application below is to be printed and completed after West Court notifies the applicant of apartment availability. Each household member aged 18+ must complete and sign the Rental Application. Additional copies of Page 2 of the application may be printed below for each additional household member.
